Risk Management Workshop

Risk Management

Inspirandum Risk Management Workshops are practical, powerful and fine tuned individually to meet your exact needs. They cover risk management at organisational level right down to risk on specific projects.

As with all our events, the Risk Workshop is geared to give you practical information and useful techniques that help you do the job.  This workshop is delivered 'in-company' to focus clearly on risks and management of risk as they apply to your organisation.  Using your own area of work you can practice risk techniques to see exactly how they function and how they can help you.

We can run workshops to …

  • work through how to apply risk management in your organisation, or

  • analyse risks and decide action in your organisation or individual project, or

  • teach and practice a range of powerful risk techniques, or

  • a combination of more than one of these elements

Whatever the format of your workshop, the content will always be practical, simply explained and clear to implement. As well as looking at what you should do, we also point out the pitfalls that are frequently not seen.

This workshop is delivered 'in-company' to focus clearly on risks and management of risk as they apply to your organisation. Where the workshop involves techniques, we use your own projects you can see exactly how they work and how they can help you.

Risk workshop duration   duration

The workshop normally runs for 1 day, but can extend to 2 to include more techniques and more analysis time.  It can also be usefully combined with our Project Planning workshop to identify project deliverables and then to use these as one of the areas of risk analysis.
