Our project management training is powerful, informative but fun too. We believe that people learn best when they are enjoying what they are doing and when they know for sure that what they are learning is really useful and practical for use on their projects. We have little time for theory because projects are practical things needing practical approaches. Our 'flagship' course is a 4 to 5 day event, but this can be held in modules (such as a four day event being split into two events of two days each) to limit the time staff need to take out of the office at any one time. We also have an informative one day event which is an excellent start into the basics of project management to equip staff to do basic project planning and exercise project control. Delivered 'in-house' to your organisation.
The four to five day 'Practical Project Management' course is fun as well as very hard work, but that adds to the learning experience. In the practical team exercise with a building kit, delegates constantly report back how their team performance improves enormously between the first exercise and the second. Learn in a day ⎜ projects - 1 day Our new, powerful and concentrated course covering the essentials of project management in just one day. Practical Project Management - 4 to 5 days (available in modules) Our 'flagship' course, this event covers the main content of project management with time for plenty of practical work to lock the learning into place. Indeed, som 50% of the course is practical activity. This course can use your own live projects as 'case study' examples. This gives the course the added dimension of a workshop where delegates leave the event with outline plans mostly complete. The main areas covered are: ❚ Project structure and organisation |
