This short course covers the basics of planning and control in projects. The event majors on powerful planning techniques but then touches on the essentials of risk management, quality management and progress control. This successful course has been delivered to organisations ranging from a professional accountancy organisation in London to a multi-national manufacturing organisation based in Moscow.

suitable for

New Project Managers and also project support staff together with general management staff who need to be up to speed with the basics of project planning and control.

The idel number for this course is between 8 and 12 people but will work with numbers up to 15 and with as few as 3. 

  course length

The course normally runs for 2 days but can be usefully and cost-effectively extended to 3 days to include practical planning work on your live project(s).
