project techniques for PRINCE2 |
Okay, so you've learned the PRINCE2 method, and that is really great. But PRINCE hasn't set out to cover everything you need in managing projects and one thing mostly left out, quite deliberately, is techniques. This powerful course fills the gap and covers a range of techniques in project planning and control that fit superbly well with PRINCE2, and it also covers the PRINCE2 technique of Product Based planning in case you are not too sure about it. This event is delivered in-company in three days. This includes planning work on your live projects.
Project Managers, Team Managers, project planners and project support staff involved with the planning and control of projects. No previous experience of the techniques is needed.
